The objective of the California Alliance is to establish a permanent ongoing sales effort to promote travel from the Mexico Tourism Market. Targeted are the two most important economic and natural feeder markets to California such as Mexico City and the Guadalajara Metropolitan areas and surrounding states with a combined population of over 30 million people.

The main goal is to incorporate as many suppliers, small and big, in the California Travel Industry whether on the private of public sector to invest a minimal amount of their budget and services to leverage the partnership into a major campaign.

A sales plan has been programmed and scheduled to include the most productive promotional travel professional and consumer events in Mexico City and Guadalajara for the tourist industry including Expo Vacaciones, ARLAG, TourEXPO Internacional and Mundo de Continental. Additional goals include national specialized media campaigns directed to the consumer through mass media editorials and television produced programming where sponsorship of travel prizes can be offered in exchange for promotional consideration.

All members of the CA Alliance will be represented by a staff of professionals and are eligible to make special presentations in case of a sponsored event in anyone of the promotional efforts. The products or services that are part of the assets of the Alliance would be used to set up raffles in both consumer and travel trade events.

The advantage of individual participation in the California Alliance is that a small investment can not only produce additional sales but also give that individual a large exposure yearlong to the travel market and the consumer where otherwise would not be cost efficient.
